About Tropique

Founded in 2014 by designer Rebecca Bickerstaff, Tropique began with a simple idea: to create beautiful outdoor spaces that felt every bit as considered and comfortable as the interiors of our homes.

What started as a specialist outdoor cushion business has evolved into a design-led studio, helping residential, hospitality and commercial clients create thoughtful indoor-outdoor spaces through custom furnishings, fabric specification and personalised design advice.

For more than a decade, Tropique has worked with homeowners, interior designers, architects, accommodation providers, restaurants, healthcare facilities and commercial venues across Australia. From a single window seat cushion to complete outdoor furnishing schemes, every project is approached with the same attention to detail, practicality and design integrity.

Today, Studio Tropique offers custom cushion design, fabric and material consultation, bespoke furnishings and design guidance for projects of all sizes.
