Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch daily so your order can move as quickly as possible through our network.

Orders placed before 12pm are typically packed for courier collection the following business day. During peak periods, promotional events or unforeseen resourcing constraints, dispatch timeframes may extend slightly. We appreciate your understanding.


Shipping Rates

Covers Only
$15 flat rate to major metro areas in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and ACT

Bulky Goods (Inserts & Large Orders)
Calculated at checkout based on size, weight and destination

For larger, custom or commercial orders, shipping will be quoted separately.

Regional and remote areas, including WA, NT and TAS, may attract higher freight charges. In some cases, we may contact you to confirm or adjust shipping costs prior to dispatch.


Important Product Note

Many of our standard cushions are sold as covers only.
Please ensure inserts are added to your order where required.

Cushion inserts are considered bulky freight and are charged accordingly.


Packaging & Unpacking Care

Your order is carefully packed to protect the product in transit.

Inserts may be compressed to reduce shipping volume and will expand once opened.

Please take care when opening your parcel. Avoid using sharp objects as this may damage the fabric or inserts.

Damage caused during unpacking is not considered a product fault.


Delivery Conditions

Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the care of the courier network.

While we work with trusted carriers, Tropique is not responsible for delivery delays once in transit, missed deliveries, unattended addresses or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

We recommend providing a secure delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel.


Evolving Freight Conditions

Shipping conditions across Australia continue to change.

Factors such as fuel price fluctuations, carrier capacity, labour shortages, weather events and network congestion may impact delivery timeframes and costs.

Tropique does not profit from shipping. All charges reflect carrier rates at the time of dispatch.

If any significant changes occur after your order is placed, we will contact you prior to proceeding.


Shipping Limitations

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Some remote or regional routes may become unavailable without notice.

In rare cases, we may need to cancel and refund an order where delivery is not viable.


International Shipping

International orders are quoted on a case by case basis.

Shipping fees, duties and taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.

We will confirm all costs with you prior to dispatch.
