Visit Tropique | Appointment-Based Showroom

From February, Tropique will be operating as an appointment-based showroom, allowing us to offer a more considered, design-led experience for both custom projects and in-store selections.

The showroom will be open for general walk-in visits only during advertised Open Days and special sale events. Outside of these dates, we kindly ask that all visits are booked in advance.

Click & Collect

We continue to offer Click & Collect for online orders.
Orders placed by 10am will be ready for collection from 2pm.

1. Custom Express

15 minutes | Complimentary

Best suited to straightforward custom enquiries or replacement cushions.

This express consultation includes:

Lounge, bench, window or daybed cushions
Covers only or foam replacement projects
Fabric suitability and construction guidance

You’ll receive expert advice, design direction and a verbal quotation.

2. Custom Design Appointment

45 minutes | $50 consultation fee (redeemable on order)

Recommended for more detailed or considered projects.

This appointment allows time for:

In-depth design discussion
Fabric selection and performance advice
Construction details and finishes
A written quotation following your appointment

3. Private Shopping

Personalised in-store assistance

For clients who would like help selecting from our ready-made indoor-outdoor cushion collections, this appointment ensures one of our team members is available to assist with styling, sizing and fabric choices.
