RETURNS & TERMS OF PURCHASE

At Tropique, we take great care in curating and crafting pieces designed to be enjoyed in your home or commercial space for years to come. We encourage all clients to make considered selections and to utilise our pre-purchase support to ensure confidence in your order.

Our team is available via email at info@tropique.com.au or on 02 9938 3030. We also offer private showroom and custom design consultations to assist with fabric, sizing and styling decisions prior to purchase.

CHANGE OF MIND – READY MADE ITEMS
For ready-made cushions purchased from in-store stock, we are pleased to offer an exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging where possible.

CUSTOM, MADE-TO-ORDER & SALE ITEMS
All custom-made, made-to-order and sale items are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credits on these items unless they are deemed faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Clients are responsible for confirming all measurements, specifications and selections prior to placing an order. This includes dimensions, fabric choices, finishes and design details.

PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Our cushions are individually made, and slight variations are part of their character.

Variations in colour, tone, pattern placement, and sizing, including industry standard tolerances, are not considered faults.

Each piece is cut in accordance with the fabric design, meaning pattern placement will vary from cushion to cushion.

FAULTS & RETURN AUTHORITY
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We will assess the concern and, where appropriate, issue a Return Authority.

Approved items must be returned within 7 days of approval.

Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

CONDITION OF RETURNS
Returned items must be received in original condition.

We are unable to offer a refund, exchange or store credit for items that are damaged after delivery, including damage caused during opening, handling or misuse.

We recommend care when unpacking your order. Avoid using sharp objects that may cut or mark fabric or inserts.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty.

Once your return has been received and assessed, please allow up to 7 days for processing.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

STORE CREDIT
Store credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Store credits cannot be used on custom orders, made-to-order items, consignment pieces or external supplier products.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
As a small Australian business, we produce and dispatch with care. Timeframes may occasionally be impacted by supplier delays, freight networks and external factors beyond our control.

We appreciate your understanding and your support of considered, local craftsmanship.
